Introducing our team
John - Director
On his birth certificate, it says John, but his Mum called him Jack from day dot - so he’ll answer to either. In the industry, he’s known as ‘the hill whisperer’. Whatever you want to call him, John is the captain of our ship - he oversees our team and clients, making sure things run smoothly and everyone is looked after. With 15+ years of experience under his belt, John has developed a gift for finding incredible sites and imagining the best ways to build on them. He has established strong, long-term relationships with architects, engineers, suppliers and tradesmen - many of them working together since JRAB’s inception. He’s off the tools these days, but he’s very much invested in each and every build we take on.
Sommer - Accounts & Administration
Sommer is our office administrator and ‘master of coin’. She’s our newest recruit, but has already made herself indispensable! She’s the box-ticker, the call-answerer, the note-taker and a friendly face for our clients. She has 5 years experience dealing with accounts, and works closely with Aaron to make sure every dollar coming into and out of the business is accounted for. Underneath her sunny disposition, Sommer is something of a powerhouse. She undertakes every task with determination and a level of energy that would put most to shame. Simply put, she ‘gets’ what we do, and does everything she can to make it easier for us.
Tash - Client Care
Technically Tash is on maternity leave, but she’s always got one foot in the door since she’s married to Jack! Tash has been on board since the very beginning and has juggled a few different roles in that time. Having experienced the build process herself, she’s a fierce advocate for creating a smooth and enjoyable client experience. When she’s not busy with her two wee boys, Tash manages the showhome appointments and makes sure clients are well looked after. If you’re thinking about working with us, she’ll probably be one of the first faces you see!
